Chelsea are currently seven points behind champions Manchester United
Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has won the club's player of the year award for a record third time.
The 30-year-old, who signed from West Ham in 2001, has scored 19 times this season to take his club total to 129.
"It feels great because of the amount of top-quality players who have won this award," said Lampard.
Stamford Bridge favourites John Hollins, Ray Wilkins, Dennis Wise and Gianfranco Zola have all won the title, voted for by fans, on two occasions.
Lampard, who has won 69 England caps, added: "When I came here I never expected to win it three times at all. I just wanted to establish myself. I am absolutely delighted."
Lampard was also nominated alongside eventual winner Steven Gerrard for the Football Writers Association Footballer of the Year title, but missed out on the shortlist for the Professional Footballers Association's individual award.
Ashley Cole, Lampard's club and country team-mate, was voted Chelsea's Players' Player of the Year.
The left-back has admitted he was affected by England fans' criticism after his mistake led to the visitors' goal in the 5-1 win over Kazakhstan at Wembley in October.
"It was difficult when they booed. I'm a normal person, I'm just like you and just like everyone else - I have feelings and thoughts," he said.
"I'm in a position where if I do give the ball away it's ruthless and you can get punished.
"I'm learning that now. But if I look over my career I've played 72 games for England and I think I've done well for my country."
After Chelsea's final league game away to Sunderland on Sunday and the FA Cup final against Everton, Cole and Lampard's thoughts will turn to World Cup qualifiers against Kazakhstan and Andorra on 6 and 10 June.
