Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon has announced prices for non-corporate tickets will not increase next season. That means tickets for Premiership games remain at 35 to 60.
"We do appreciate that our ticket prices are at the higher end and that is reflected in the decision to freeze prices," said Kenyon.
"But we are certain that Chelsea offers value for money on and off the pitch. These decisions will help enhance that experience and atmosphere."
Chelsea's ticket prices are the second highest in the Premiership, after Tottenham, who charge up to 70.
Wigan's prices are the lowest, at 17 to 25.
