Chelsea's Glen Johnson has broken his hand after reportedly punching a wall at his home, say newspaper reports. He has played only one game for Jose Mourinho's side this season but has resumed training after the incident.
The 21-year-old has also lost his place in the England squad after a poor display in the 4-1 defeat by Denmark.
In September, the defender was sent home from England Under-21 duty - amid reports of poor timekeeping, although Chelsea insisted he had a thigh strain.
Johnson was one of Chelsea's first signings after Roman Abramovich took over the club, a 6m capture from West Ham in 2003.
While he was a regular under previous manager Claudio Ranieri, he has found his first-team opportunities limited under Mourinho.
