The Cumbrians have restructured their backroom staff and have decided they no longer require a full-time scout but will have more part-time scouts.

Cumbrians boss Neil McDonald told the club website: "We're hoping the new system will work better."

Suggett, a former Sunderland, Norwich and Newcastle striker Suggett had been working in as chief scout at Ipswich until he joined Carlisle in July 2006.
