Ledley has won 24 caps since his Wales debut against Poland in 2005

Cardiff and Wales midfielder Joe Ledley has had pins placed into his finger, which will keep him out of action for up to a month.

Ledley, 21, dislocated his finger during Saturday's win over Crystal Palace at Ninian Park.

But he received treatment off the pitch before coming back on to scored the 52nd-minute winner.

Ledley will also miss his country's visit to Denmark for Wednesday's friendly in Brondby.
