Building work at Cardiff City's new stadium at Leckwith will start next month when bulldozers move in. The athletics stadium will be knocked down with a replacement athletics track scheduled to be ready in the summer.
The club have named the 14 investors who will control 95% of its shares.
They are Peter Ridsdale, Alan Whiteley, Mike Hall, Andrew Connery, John Jones, Steve Borley, Richard Crane, Paul Guy, Nick Yakano, David Ward, Peter and Joe Suto, Gareth Williams and Keith Harris.
"Everyone is now looking to the future and that starts with the new stadium," said Bluebirds chairman Peter Ridsdale.
"With a restructured football club, a new financial package, and a new stadium about to start, Cardiff City Football Club is now really moving forward."
