Cardiff boss Dave Jones says Reading, their 5-2 conquerors on Saturday, have shown the Bluebirds the way forward. "They've probably been building for the past four or five years... slowly but surely Steve (Royals boss Coppell) has got the right blend," Jones said.
"He's been there for three years, I think, and each year he's learned more about his players.
"That's the process that hopefully I can do here, I did it at Wolves and Stockport, but we'll all look at it."
