Cardiff have played down a newspaper report linking striker Cameron Jerome with a move to Sunderland. BBC Sport understands the Championship winners made a bid for the 18-year-old in March when Cardiff's financial crisis came to light.
But the club says no fresh offer for the talented striker has been tabled.
Jerome, who signed an extension to his contract in February, has scored seven goals in 32 games since breaking into the Bluebirds first team this season.
