Knights, 19, scored twice for the U's, whose manager Jimmy Quinn now has a number of players back from injury.

"There are players who have been with us through pre-season and done well and we need to involve those players," Quinn told Cambridge's website.

And Quinn has told Michael Morrison he should try and secure a move in January after rejecting a new contract.
