Bury's David Buchanan has been called up to be part of the Northern Ireland Under-19 squad for next month's match against Italy. Buchanan, who plays on the left side of midfield, was recently given a squad number by Bury boss Graham Barrow but has yet to figure in the first team.
The Rochdale-born teenager is a product of Bury's youth system.
Northern Ireland's Under-19 fixture against Italy will take place in Rome on 15 December.
