Bury boss Graham Barrow and his assistant Kelham O'Hanlon have both been handed new rolling contracts. Barrow was placed in charge until the end of the season when Andy Preece was sacked in December, and he was joined by O'Hanlon the following month.
The Gigg Lane board confirmed the decision following Saturday's 3-1 home defeat by Boston, which ended their eight-game unbeaten run.
The Shakers are currently in 12th place in the Third Division.
