Bury concerned for Bhutia
Bury are concerned for the well-being of their striker Baichung Bhutia, who is currently in his home country India recovering from injury.

The club have called the player back to England, fearing he may become stranded if the United States launch military strikes against Afghanistan.

The 25-year-old, who joined the Shakers two years ago and became the first Asian to play in the Football League, had been resting after a cartilage operation.

But Bury boss Andy Preece now wants Bhutia to return as a soon as possible in case America retaliates following terrorist attacks on New York and Washington.
