Midfielder Lee Bell has joined Burton on a contract until the end of the season after his deal with League Two Crewe was cancelled. Bell, 24, joined the Brewers on loan in October and made six appearances for Nigel Clough's team before returning to Crewe in late November.
Burton have also signed Marc Goodfellow until the end of the season after he initially joined on non-contract terms.
Paul Carden has also signed a deal until the end of the campaign.
