Burnley operations director Brendan Flood has told BBC Radio Lancashire that "the club have received no approach for manager Owen Coyle".
Flood said he was 100% confident that Coyle will lead Burnley into the Premier League next season.
Bookmakers have dramatically slashed Coyle's odds to take up the vacant managerial post at Celtic Park.
Gordon Strachan resigned after surrendering the Scottish Premier League title to rivals Glasgow Rangers.
