Jensen is "a great character" according to Steve Cotterill |
Burnley goalkeeper Brian Jensen has signed a new three-year contract, which will keep the Dane at Turf Moor until June 2008. The 29-year-old, who joined from West Brom in 2003, has shared first-choice status with Danny Coyne this season after being ever-present last term.
Manager Steve Cotterill said: "Brian has worked very hard this season and I think he has reformed his reputation.
"He's a great lad and a good character in the dressing room."
The Clarets have also extended Ipswich striker Dean Bowditch's loan spell until the end of the season.
