Burnley keeper Brian Jensen has been given the all-clear after he was stretchered off with a neck injury during Saturday's defeat at Watford. The Dane was taken to Watford General Hospital after landing awkwardly after a challenge with Darius Henderson.
But boss Steve Cotterill told the club website: "There is no long-term damage. He'll be pretty sore and stiff for a little while, but he'll be okay."
However, Jensen will not be fit in time to face Carlisle on Tuesday.
Cotterill continued: "We've just got to leave him now. He probably can't look in his car's wing mirror at the moment, so he'll be struggling for a little while.
"As regards a replacement, that's not a problem as he and Danny Coyne have been fighting it out (for the goalkeeping position).
"It's that tight a call between them, that the goalkeeping situation when one of them is injured is almost irrelevant."
