Trollope was furious after seeing his side squander a two-goal lead |
Bristol Rovers manager Paul Trollope labelled his side's defending "shambolic" after the 4-3 defeat against Grimsby Town. Rovers eased into a 2-0 lead only to trail 4-2 going into injury-time.
Trollope said: "We scored two good goals and were looking in control but then we conceded a poor goal just before half-time.
"Our defending was shambolic and every time Grimsby went forward in the second half they looked like scoring."
