Bristol Rovers chairman Geoff Dunford wants a fairer deal for league clubs after a tribunal decided the fee Chelsea must pay for Scott Sinclair. Rovers received an initial payment of 200,000, which could rise to 950,000.
"They have not done us any favours whatsoever, based on current market values,"Dunford told BBC Radio Bristol.
"Someone of Scott Sinclair's quality comes along every ten years, and the top clubs now know they can get players at tribunal for peanuts."
