Bristol City manager Gary Johnson has been named the BBC West Sports Personality of the Year. Johnson beat off competition from Bristol hooker Mark Regan, Gloucester head coach Dean Ryan and National Hunt trainer Paul Nicholls.
And Adriano Basso completed a City double by picking up the award for the region's top footballer.
The goalkeeper played in all but one of City's matches during last season's promotion-winning campaign.
