Bristol City striker Steve Brooker will miss the club's pre-season tour of Latvia after suffering a setback in his recovery from knee surgery. Brooker underwent an operation in May but has struggled to return to full fitness and will now be sent to Lilleshall for intensive fitness work.
Boss Gary Johnson told the club's website: "Steve has a knee clean-out at the end of last season.
"He hasn't got full movement back yet, so we are waiting another week on him."
