The tie has a special edge for Noone, as he used to work in the city as a roofer before turning professional.
One of his jobs saw him cross paths with Liverpool's captain Steven Gerrard.
"I worked on Steven's house doing the roof," Noone said. "It'll be a bit of a difference for him, from seeing me tiling his roof to playing against him.
"He'll obviously have a word and telling me how far I've come."
"Hopefully, he'll be fit. It would be great to play against him."
Noone has been integral to Albion's start to the season, scoring once and having a hand in setting up three goals.

But he admits to be slightly surprised to see Albion sitting top of the Championship heading into the international break.
"I think we're all pinching ourselves," he added.
"We're doing well, but I think we'll all be looking at the table for the next two weeks.
"Coming back, we need to be focused, switched on and carry on the form we've been in."
