Brighton striker Will Hoskins says his new team must work hard in preparation for life in the Championship.
Hoskins played in English football's second tier for three seasons with his former club Watford before moving to Bristol Rovers last year.
The 25-year-old told BBC Sussex: "The Championship has one of the fastest tempos of any league I've played in.
"The players are stronger mentally and physically. You must go into every game ready and in the right frame of mind."
He added: "But if the team continue the winning momentum they have already it could push us onto great things."

Hoskins says Albion's style of play was a deciding factor in his decision to join from Bristol Rovers.
"You see how they did last season, the team spirit they had and the way they went about things.
"Playing against Brighton, I noticed their movement, vision, work ethic and the way they played for each other.
"It's about finding a team that suits your style of play.
"The club is going forward. They want to be a part of the Premier League eventually and I'm glad they've asked me to be a part of it."
