Brighton winger Dean Cox insists he has learnt from twice being dropped this season for disciplinary reasons.

He was understood to have been vocal in his frustrations after being subbed in the home game with Leyton Orient and was left out of the next two matches.

Cox, 20, told BBC Southern Counties Radio: "It's just made me realise I have to channel what I say at times.

"People can perceive it in the wrong way. I've worked hard to get back into the team and I'm going to stay there."
