Brighton midfielder Gary Hart has signed a new one-year contract after completing a specified number of games last season. Hart, 30, will start his 10th season with the Seagulls after signing from non-league Stanstead for �1,000.
He told Brighton's website: "It was a big thing in my life to make that 10 years and I'm delighted to sign.
"Itt was touch and go whether I would get another year but I can go into this season not having that on my back."
