Brighton will send four first-year professionals out on loan to local clubs to gain experience. Sonny Cobbs and Sam Gargan will join Worthing, and make their debuts in the friendly against Brighton on Saturday.
Chris Winterton and Lloyd Skinner will go on loan to Burgess Hill and boss Dean Wilkins told Brighton's website: "It's something we've always done.
"If we feel they can cope physically against men, we have always tried to get them out."
