Neilson left Rangers for Hearts in 1996 before joining Leicester
Brentford have signed Scotland international defender Robbie Neilson from Leicester on loan until 19 March.
The 30-year-old right-back has made 11 appearances in all competitions for the Foxes this season, scoring once.
The former Rangers youngster joined Leicester on a free transfer in May 2009 after leaving SPL side Hearts.
Bees interim manager Nicky Forster told the club website: "Robbie is a seasoned professional and is looking forward to coming here to play regular football."
