Brentford boss Terry Butcher has snapped up Plymouth Argyle winger Ryan Dickson on a month's loan. "He has a good physique and brings with him a good footballing brain and experience of a Championship club," Butcher told the Bees' website.
Dickson, 20, has played a handful of first-team games for Plymouth and spent a loan spell at Torquay last season.
Meanwhile, Argyle have also allowed midfielder Scott Laird, 19, to extend his loan at Torquay for a third month.
