Brentford boss Scott Fitzgerald refused to hide after the 2-2 draw with Oldham pushed them closer to relegation. "The buck stops with me and I don't have a problem with that," he said. "I pick the side and its tactics and we're not winning enough games.
"Whatever mistakes we make we get punished for. To concede straight after we scored leaves me lost for words.
"We got a performance but didn't get the result. I'd rather take bad performances and win."
