Brentford boss Martin Allen has decided to take up the option on the second year of Sam Tillen's contract. The left-sided player joined the Bees from Chelsea last summer.
"Sam has done very well stepping up to competitive men's football after playing in the Premier Reserve League," Allen told the club's website.
"There is still a big room for improvement. He has pace and is getting more confident and he will definitely be an asset for the future."
