Brooker has agreed a three-year deal with the Bees

The 28-year-old former Fulham, Brighton and Leicester player, who made 34 appearances for Reading last season, has agreed a three-year deal.

"I believe that he will add a more creative feel to our team," Bees boss Martin Allen told the club's website.

"He can play on either wing, is two-footed, he has good quality in the final third and he will definitely be an asset to this club."

Allen added: "There was interest from several other clubs and I'm delighted and relieved that he has finally chosen Brentford."
