Brentford have completed the signing of goalkeeper Stuart Nelson from Unibond Premier Division side Hucknall Town. Nelson, who joins for a fee of �10,000, has signed a two-and-a-half-year contract at Griffin Park.
It follows the departure of former number one Paul Smith to Southampton last week, for a fee that could eventually rise to �500,000.
Nelson, 22, will now compete for a first team place with Northern Ireland Under-21 international Alan Julian.
