Midfielder Adam Nelson has left Elgin City under freedom of contract to move up a division with Brechin City. The 22-year-old spent two seasons with Elgin after leaving Blackburn but was hampered by injury and missed most of the opening half of the last campaign.
Nelson is the second player to make the move from Borough Briggs to Glebe Park in recent weeks, following striker Martin Johnson down the east coast.
City boss Michael O'Neill remains on the look-out for new faces.
