Joint-chairman Mark Lawn has been personally phoning Bradford City supporters in a bid to sell more season tickets at Valley Parade.
City are 3,000 adult season tickets short of their 9,000 target.
"We are literally calling people to identify if they are intending to buy a ticket or not," director of operations Dave Baldwin told BBC Radio Leeds.
"60-70% we've called have told us that they intend to renew but they just haven't got round to doing it yet."
Bradford fans only have 11 days left to buy a season ticket for just 150.
Last season the West Yorkshire club won the Football League's best fan marketing award for slashing their ticket prices to just 138, the lowest in the League.
The venture saw the club's attendances jump from 8,694 in League One to 13,765 in League Two, more than three times higher than League Two's average of 4,212.
