Bradford City midfielder Lee Bullock will have a hernia operation on Monday and could miss the rest of the season.

The 26-year-old, who signed from Hartlepool in January, has been struggling for the past month.

Boss Stuart McCall had hoped to delay the surgery until the summer but felt that Bullock could not wait that long.

McCall will also intensify his search for a loan centre-half with Matt Clarke out with ligament damage and TJ Moncur carrying a slight hamstring injury.
