 Heckingbottom has cut his ties with Barnsley |
Barnsley full-back Paul Heckingbottom has agreed a move to Bradford City, where he has had two spells on loan. The 30-year-old has agreed an 18-month contract at Valley Parade after his Barnsley contract was cancelled by mutual consent.
He has been on loan with City since the start of the season and had a previous spell with them in 2003-04.
Bradford manager Stuart McCall has also given winger Alex Rhodes, 25, a contract until the end of the season.
