 Muirhead has been troubled with injury since April |
Bradford winger Ben Muirhead will miss a month of the season because he is having an operation on a groin injury. Muirhead had returned to training after thinking he was over the problem and scored in a reserve team match less than two weeks ago.
The 23-year-old told the club website: "I had a scan last Friday and it showed that I had a tear to a recent hernia operation that I had."
Muirhead has not played for the Bantams senior side since April.
