Bradford chairman Julian Rhodes has finalised the deal with City's new chief executive Peter Etherington about their investment agreement in the club. The move means manager Colin Todd can start signing players for next season.
Etherington told the club website: "Our deal is done and dusted and now we're hoping that the activity will start for the new season in earnest.
"We're anxious to make sure that Colin has got all that he needs at his disposal for players."
