Bournemouth chief executive Alistair Saverimutto has rubbished reports claiming that he and current owners Sport-6 are about to sell the club.
In an animated interview on BBC Radio Solent, Saverimutto denied they had received any offers for the Cherries, nor that they would consider one.
"At this point all I can say is that there's been no offer made for the club in any shape or form," he said.
"This club is not for sale," Saverimutto added.
He and co-owner Paul Baker, who replaced Jeff Mostyn as chairman last month, bought the League Two club in the summer.
