Bournemouth boss Kevin Bond says he has given midfielder Darren Anderton the captaincy to try and get more out of the former England international. Bond said: "I picked Darren because Neil Young and Paul Telfer are leaders by nature.
"I think I can get a bit more from Darren vocally and in leadership.
"I had nothing to gain making Young or Telfer captain. They will give you those leadership qualities whether they are captain or not."
