Cherries considering hotel option
Bournemouth's Dean Court ground
Bournemouth's Dean Court is still a three-sided ground
Bournemouth chairman Peter Phillips has said that building a hotel at the empty end of Dean Court is an option.

There are plans to erect a temporary stand at that end, but Phillips admits other options are being considered.

He told BBC Radio Solent: "There are areas around the ground that are ripe for development.

"One idea is to put a hotel at the fourth end, and that has a lot of support but we could't do it ourselves. We need a commercial partner to do it."

Dean Court has been three-sided since the ground was redeveloped as an all-seater stadium in 2001 - with the pitch turned through 90 degrees.

The current capacity is over 9,000 - but financial problems have so far prevented the Cherries from putting a stand on the fourth side.
