Former Lincoln City defender Steve Welsh has left his managerial post at UniBond League side Spalding United to join Boston's coaching staff. The 37-year-old, who also played for Peterborough and Ayr, will work with Boston's first-team squad and youth team at their centre of excellence.
"I am delighted that Steve has agreed to join us," manager Steve Evans told the Boston website.
"He has great credentials and I look forward to working with him."
