Bolton boss Sam Allardyce hailed the 3-2 win over Everton as one of the best displays he has seen since he took over as manager in 1999. "The character, skill and determination made this one of the best performances we've ever had," said Allardyce as he side came from a goal down to win.
"We used our set-plays to the very best effect again and it's won us the game.
"I'm disappointed the referee didn't send off Tim Cahill - he did exactly the same as Bruno N'Gotty."
