Jaidi admits a move to the Premiership was too good to resist |
Bolton have made Tunisia defender Radhi Jaidi their third summer signing. The 28-year-old joins the Trotters from Esperance de Tunis on a two-year-deal, joining Michael Bridges and Les Ferdinand at the Reebok Stadium.
"I've had an excellent career with Esperance and left on a high," said Jaidi. "But now I am ready to experience a different challenge.
"Other clubs showed an interest but Bolton took the trouble to see me in person to show how serious they were."
Jaidi has won 68 international caps and helped guide Tunisia to the African Nations Cup.
"I'm looking forward to meeting my new team-mates, and flying the flag for Tunisian football in what is one of the world's greatest leagues," Jaidi added.
