Adam has agreed to move to Blackpool until the end of the season
Blackpool have signed Rangers midfielder Charlie Adam on loan until the end of the season.
Adam, 23, moves to the English Championship after being unable to hold down a first-team place at Ibrox.
Rangers manager Walter Smith has been seeking to reduce the size of his first-team squad from 28 to 20.
Adam still has three years left on his Ibrox contract and said in December he still believed he could make an impact at the Scottish Premier League club.
Adam has been twice capped for Scotland and is a product of the Rangers youth system.
He has spent loan spells at Ross County and St Mirren.
