Blackpool manager Simon Grayson has revealed he is still to make any firm offers for new players.
The club have been linked with Dundee United's Noel Hunt and Lee Miller from Aberdeen, but Grayson admitted his search is still ongoing.
"We have some tentative offers in for players and we are sounding clubs out," the Blackpool manager said.
"But we want to make sure they are the right players and you're not going in for players for the sake of it."
People shouldn't be too worried if we haven't done any business in the first four or five weeks of the close season

Miller has been linked with a move to Bloomfield Road but Grayson said the 25-year-old has decided to remain in Scotland due to family reasons.
And the Seasiders boss has urged fans not to worry that any deals have still to be completed.
"I said a few weeks ago, that people shouldn't be too worried if we haven't done any business in the first four or five weeks of the close season," said Grayson.
"We are waiting for the right players to become available and that will be the case at a lot of clubs both above and below us.
"There are lots of rumours going around and a lot of ifs, buts and maybes and until we get a player signed sealed and delivered then I won't be discussing who or what we are looking for," he added.
