Blackpool striker Paul Dickov has won the Professional Footballer's Association Championship player of the month award for February. The 35-year-old, who is out of contract in the summer, has scored five goals in five appearances since arriving on loan from Manchester City in January.
Dickov told BBC Radio Lancashire: "I just want to play football.
"I've had a lot of injuries over the last year to 18 months and I'm just glad to be back playing."
Dickov has previously had spells with Arsenal and Blackburn Rovers and has also picked up 10 international caps for Scotland.
His only international goal game in the 3-1 win over Faroe Islands in the Euro 2004 qualifying competition.
