Rachubka has agreed a two-year deal after helping Blackpool to promotion during a successful loan spell.

The 26-year-old joined Blackpool at the end of January but missed a six-week spell through injury before returning for the successful play-off campaign.

Rachubka was out of contract with Huddersfield after a two-and-a-half-year spell.
