Former Barnsley and Leeds chairman Peter Ridsdale says he is not taking over at Blackpool but is holding talks with an unnamed Championship side. Ridsdale attended Blackpool's game at the weekend fuelling rumours that he would join the board.
"I'm biding my time, I enjoy football and I'm getting to games," Ridsdale told Barnsley's website.
"A Championship club said they wanted urgent talks, I'm seeing them on Tuesday. My options are improving."
