Blackpool have extended the loan deal of goalkeeper Brad Jones from Middlesbrough for a further month. The 21-year-old Australian joined the Division Two side at the beginning of November after an injury to Lee Jones and a suspension to Phil Barnes.
"He signed for another month late on Friday. We are absolutely delighted because it gives us a little bit of cover," said manager Steve McMahon.
"I thought he was very good on Saturday. He was positive, his decision making was good, he punched it when he had to and caught it when he had to, his kicking was excellent.
"I am delighted with him. Overall he has done very, very well," McMahon told the club's official website.
