Blackburn's Jason Roberts will miss the next three weeks with a stress fracture in his foot.

The striker was withdrawn at half-time during the 2-1 victory over Tottenham on Saturday, but an MRI scan revealed he will not require surgery.

And Rovers are confident the 31-year-old Grenada international will be fit to resume at the end of the month.

Roberts has scored five goals in 13 Premier League matches since new boss Sam Allardyce took over in December.
